Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Quant Solvent LLC ("Quant Solvent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website at quantsolvent.co (the "Site") and our professional services. Quant Solvent is based in Nashville, TN 37208.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us by email or engage our services, we collect the information you share — such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry or project.
- Billing information. When you pay an invoice, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Client engagement data. In the course of providing services, we may access data within client systems. That data is handled under the terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement and, where Protected Health Information is involved, an executed Business Associate Agreement.
- Site usage. This Site is a static informational site. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about potential or active engagements;
- To deliver, support, and invoice for our services;
- To maintain the security and integrity of our Site and systems; and
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, Stripe (payment processing), Google Workspace (email), and our website host — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
4. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. Where we access client systems containing Protected Health Information, we maintain safeguards consistent with our obligations under HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
Our Site and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
